Update on Ski Hill Trails

With the success of bingo we have been able to get our annual operating insurance in place and start working on the Salmo Ski Hill project.

We are partnering with DIG Trail Designs from Rossland for phase 1.
We are looking for local youth between the ages of 12 and 18 that are interested in being involved in layout, design and construction through the summer. Have someone in mind? Want to get involved yourself (yes there are adult opportunities too)? Send us an email, post on our facebook page or come by and see us at the Farmers Market.

Bingo Night a Success!

Rock and Roll bingo was a huge success! We made $1300 and had a great time. A big thank you to all the businesses in Salmo, Nelson, Castlegar and Trail that supported us with donations and to everyone that came out to play and all our volunteers. If you missed it this year we’ll hopefully see you next year for the sequel.

Bingo & pizza night!!

Mark your calendars for May 31st!!

We are holding a Bingo Night Fundraiser at the Salmo Legion on May 31st. We have loads of prizes that have been donated from the areas many wonderful shops and businesses. We will be selling wood fired pizza, beer, cider and wine. Tickets will be available in advance (locations to follow) and the doors will open at 6:00pm. With your $2 ticket you will get a bingo dabber at the door!
