In 2016 the provincial Society Act was replaced with the new Societies Act. As part of this change all registered societies have been required to update their bylaws. In order to finalize this process we require a special meeting where members vote on whether or not to adopt the new bylaws.
Please join us on
Monday November 19th from 6-7pm at the SVYCC to vote on the new bylaws
. The draft bylaws are attached for review.
We will also take time at this meeting to talk about activities completed through the year and discuss opportunities for next season.
